As an easyJet holidays passenger, you have the option of getting tested in CityDoc’s London Clinics or from the comfort of your home by ordering a home testing kit at a substantially discounted cost.


The test should be purchased well ahead of the time and kept until needed.

Order a kit before 12:00 Monday to Friday and it should be delivered within 1 business day.

To take the Covid-19 test, follow the instructions and return using the prepaid bag included in the test kit.

The majority of customers should have results within 72 hours from when the sample reaches the lab.

The COVID-19 test is taken by one of our qualified medical technicians at one of our CityDoc Clinics, located across London.

Completed tests are taken directly to the lab by the dedicated medical courier Monday to Saturday.

Check when to take the test

Speak to your airline or the Embassy of your travel destination to get advice on when to take your Covid-19 test prior to your travel.

Ordering your home testing kit

Order your home testing kit as soon as you book your trip. Please purchase your Home Testing Kit at least a minimum of 5 days prior to your travel.

Monday to Thursday orders

Registering your test

Before collecting your sample you must register and activate your test kit through an online portal. Failure to register and activate your testing will lead to your sample not being processed. Please note – the registration must be completed at the time your test is taken, as this will be the sample time / date on your results certificate. If you register sooner, you may be outside of your particular sample window.

Taking your test

Please follow the instructions provided in your test kit. Failure to do so may result in inconclusive test results.

Please note that you must register your test kit when you take the sample – this is the date/time that will show on your certificate.

Returning your test

Option 1: COVID-19 Swab Home Collections

We are offering a home collection service which will collect your completed COVID-19 test kit from your home and deliver to our lab the next day. (Monday to Friday)

You must do this before 4pm the day before you take your test.

Please note that test kits cannot be returned over the counter at the Post Office.

Receiving your results

Once your test has been processed your results will be ready for you to view and download from the online portal.

We expect results to be ready within 72 hours after the lab has received your sample.

Unclear or inconclusive tests

A small number of tests may come back as unclear or inconclusive. This simply means it was not possible to say if you had the virus when the test was done. There are a number of reasons why this might happen and it unfortunately means you will need to be tested again. We will not charge you for an inconclusive or unclear result – we will either refund you, send a new test kit or book you into one of our clinics.
NB: CityDoc will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of an unclear or inconclusive test.

easyJet holidays passengers will now be able to access CityDoc’s London clinics where they can have their COVID-19 test taken by one of our qualified medical technicians. In clinic we are normally charging £200. easyJet holidays Passengers will be discounted to £125. Bookings for clinic appointments can be made via our dedicated corporate phone team.

Tests are taken daily from the clinic directly to the lab by a dedicated medical courier for next day processing ensuring that the majority of customers will have results within 72 hours.
