Recova Registration Issues

Dear Customers

We have been made aware that some of you are experiencing issues when trying to register your kits via the Recova website.

This is due to a warehouse error in which you have been sent the incorrect testing kit. You can identify this through your kit barcode. If your barcode starts with a “PM” code, you have been affected.

Please contact us via email at [email protected] or live chat and we will get the correct kit to you as soon as possible!

We recognise this will result in late testing for you. Should you be contacted by Track and Trace please do advise them of this update on our website and that kits are being sent out to ensure testing commences at the earliest opportunity.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding!
