Nicknamed the ‘Empty Quarter’, Yemen is home to the Al Khali Desert, the second largest desert in the world, second only to the Sahara. For those wanting to explore the Al Khali desert, we’d recommend doing so by going on a 4×4 safari adventure.
Yemen has a coastline which stretches around 2,000 kilometres, a highlight being the Al Mughsail Beach. As well as the breathtaking views, you can witness the explosive blow holes and go for a swim in the stunningly clear waters of the Arabian sea.
