For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Country refers to: United Kingdom.

Company (referred to as either “the company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this agreement) refers to Flu Fighters, 5 Portmill Lane, Hitchin SG5 1DJ.

Service refers to the Flu Fighters vaccination service.

Website refers to Flu Fighters accessible from https://flufighters.wpengine.com/.

You refers to you, the company using the Flu Fighters service.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this service and the agreement that operate between You and the Company. There Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of the compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.

Payment in full must be made within 30 days or receiving your invoice. No exceptions or extensions will be made regarding payments. By agreeing to the Company Terms and Conditions, You are agreeing to these payment conditions.

Amendments can be made up until 7 days before the date of your session. If we do not receive a confirmed number of vaccines by this date the number of vaccines/employees quoted on the signed contract will be the number of vaccines you are invoiced for regardless if they are all used or not.

Book an onsite flu vaccination session…

Flu Fighters make vaccinating your staff against seasonal flu a simple procedure. Our experienced team of nurses deliver a fully mobile flu vaccination service wherever you are in the UK with minimum disruption. Our nurses have all the equipment needed and we will ensure all the influenza vaccinations are delivered to the highest possible clinical standards. Once you have decided to offer your employees the perk of a flu jab, we help you achieve maximum take-up levels. We help to ensure that your staff understand the health benefits that flu jabs can offer both at work and at home. Our nurses will be wearing PPE at sessions and will correspond to government guidelines.

By clicking ‘book now’ on the website or by emailing [email protected] you can request a quote from us, all you have to do is tell us the time, place and number of Influenza vaccines and we’ll do the rest. Please note our sessions are a minimum of 2 hours with a minimum of 10 vaccines. Should your requirements be less you will still be invoiced for the minimum.

If you are happy to proceed then we will send over available dates from October – December. After you have confirmed we will send over a contract, staff leaflet, Flu Fighter poster and a document outlining the preparation for the session and on the day to finalise the booking. We also offer an online booking system which you can opt for, your employees can access it at their own convenience and book a desired timeslot.

You will have up to one week before your session to confirm numbers. We will also need to know who the best contact will be on the day and if there is parking for the nurse. Finally, our specialist nurse(s) will attend onsite to vaccinate your team and protect you from annual flu.

On your chosen day the trained nurse(s) will arrive 15 minutes before the flu vaccination service is due to begin, with all the medical equipment required, and will ensure the vaccinations are delivered to the highest clinical standard disruption to you and your staff is minimal. It only takes a couple of minutes for the nurse to give the flu vaccination – through a small injection in the upper arm.

Just email [email protected] with the number of Flu Vouchers you require to receive a quote. You can buy in bulk or anytime throughout flu season. Flu vouchers are redeemable in 3000 stores this year across the UK. Retailers taking part include Tesco, Morrisons, ASDA, Superdrug, WELL, Cohens Chemists, H.A MacParland Pharmacies, Day Lewis Pharmacies plus a selection of independent pharmacies. Your employees nearest participating retailer can be found on www.fluvouchers.co.uk
Postage is £0.65p for first class and an order of 10 Vouchers or more will be sent via special delivery at a cost of £8.

*Due to the current coronavirus situation we advise to please check with individual stores or the retailers website to ensure stock and to check current procedures before you visit. Once issued vouchers are non-refundable, Vaccination UK Ltd cannot be held responsible if your pharmacy of choice has a vaccine shortage*

We will be able to post them from end of September / early October 2021.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds when purchasing corporate flu vouchers.

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all in house corporate flu booking cancellations, where refunds are required. Anything less than this and no refunds will be given.

Voucher orders can be cancelled on the day, however once vouchers have been issued, no refunds can be given.

Please note our sessions are a minimum of 2 hours and amendments can be made up until 7 days before the date of your session.

When attending corporate Flu appointments, we require the following in order to fulfil our service to you and your employees

  • A private room to conduct the service
  • A table for all equipment and vaccines
  • Two chairs, one for the employee and one for the nurse
  • Access to a telephone
  • Drinking water
  • Access to a washbasin
  • If the room has windows, the option to shut blinds/curtains for employee privacy

Each voucher can be redeemed at any participating retailers selected stores whose logo is shown on the front of the voucher and who are listed on the voucher website for a single Quadrivalent flu vaccine.

One voucher per person subject to availability. Employees must check with individual stores or retailer websites to ensure stock and check current procedures before they visit.
The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once issued, the Flu vouchers are the responsibility of You, the company/employee. Flu Fighters will not accept any liability for the refund, replacement of damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.

You must notify us within 3 working days of the receipt of the Flu vouchers, of any discrepancies in the vouchers received, against the vouchers that were ordered.

Please be aware that vouchers do have an expiry date and once issued, it is You/your employees’ responsibility to redeem within the allotted timeframe.

All vouchers purchased are non-refundable.

You are responsible for distributing vouchers to employees.

Flu Fighters and You agree to comply with Data Protection Laws in relation to the Processing of Employee Personal Data.

You agree to Flu Fighters contacting You in the future regarding related products and services.

All vaccines are given to employees by specialist, experienced and qualified nurses.

Orders may be refused if you fail to complete all supporting paperwork and information correctly.
